I came across this blog in a business social networking site and it is being reproduced here to give you an insight into your EZ Wealth Solution business.

I happened to come accross a post on another site that was talking about GPT (get paid today), 'high end' opportunities that usually have a start-up cost of at least $1,500 and up. There were a lot of interesting (and true) points that were brought up (even though I am a fan of businesses that the masses can afford to begin). The author was saying that he believed that these business were far superior to the traditional mlm's, that have a lower start up cost, and tend to attract people who aren't as serious as those who would join a GPT type business. He said that we put in the same amount of time with both businesses, but yield a far greater financial reward from the GPT. Also, he points out that we have overrated residual income. He pointed out that it is far better to get $100,000 right away this year versus have it spread out over the next couple of years (as residual income). He also points out that many of these people that we're getting a couple of bucks off of each month, will most likely drop off any way, so why not get a one time, up-front payment of say $1,000 for recruiting each person! Another interesting point that he made was that with the GPT business, you usually pay a one time lump sum of at least $1,500, but, with the regular mlm, by the time you factor in the monthly product or service cost (usually $50-$200), you've still paid out more than a couple thousand over the year anyway!
He also spent a lot of time talking about the 'quality' of teammembers that you get with the GPT: serious, professional entrepreneurs. Basically, he said you need to fish where the big fish are! With the traditional mlm's, he pointed out that we're recruiting people who are brand new to network marketing, and who, even though they've joined, they still require a lot of 'hand-holding', convincing to actually WORK their business, and who whine a lot and blame YOU for their lack of success with the business!
What do you think about all of this? Agree, disagree? or you're too busy or too far into your business to care or even think about changing course at this point???

Your author is basically correct about Get Paid Today (GPT) - though since May 2008, GPT has evolved a little. There is a model that has different price entry points (5 of them - the first one is free as the sponsor pays forward the entry fee.)

I have a blog in my profile that goes into more depth here.

About attracting a "better class' of entrant - well - I am not too sure about that. Some people, who have no clue about running a business and the dedication involved, can still be attracted to the GPT model. They get sucked in by the hype then rely solely on their sponsor to do the hard yards for them. So, attracting and finding good people is just as challenging.

My approach is to get people to at least see what the GPT business is all about (some are even too lazy to see an 18 minute video all the way through) and then only work with those who "get it" and run with the ball. I certainly keep out of the "convincing" business.

One thing, it's important to build an extra resources site and keep in regular contact. They have to have something to work with once they are qualified and thus leave your incentivized mentorship. I am very strong on this point. Anyone who qualifies under me will get everything that I use (eg Rotators, where to post etc) so that they can mentor their people and so on down the line. If prospective entrants can see this then they are more likely to join up. Now, only those who have been through the mill and know what it takes to make ANY online business succeed will have the foresight to appreciate this. So, in a sense, the GPT model does sort the wheat from the chaff as far as attracting good people are concerned.

Also, I don't worry about creating competitors out of my qualified people. To me, they are still in my team - and if they work their business right it will just increase favorable overall awareness of the GPT model to the whole online community. There are enough fish in the ocean and always will be. Saturation is not an issue.

What I DO have issue with are GPTs, matrixes, mlms etc that promote products with little or no value-proposition to anybody. These drag the whole home e-commerce industry down and opens the way for legal entanglements and for projecting a poor image to others.

I am learning how to effectively use twitter at the moment and I came across the following paragraphs that I think has relevance to all of us (Tour-Takers and Resellers), whether we use twitter or not.

Now this may have relevance to your marketing efforts - particularly if you are promoting through business social networks.

I know I try not to be too spammy - acknowledging something from a person's profile is a good way to start. At least it shows to those to whom you are promoting that you have taken an genuine interest in them. Offering something for free is another way to go. There are other ways outlined as well.

Now here is another good idea I have picked up from this eBook:

If you use twitter - open your account then go to monitter.com and insert:

'home business' ' make money' ' online income' in the top three boxes.

Then click on the profiles of posts made and hit the "follow" button. You will find that many (if not most) will reciprocate and follow you. Make sure your profile is relevant. If they are interested they may just click on your link. These people, by definition, are home business/online income/make money types.

There are many other ideas that I have yet to implement. So my twitter is fairly 'new' at this stage - but I am beginning to see the benefits of being involved.

Hi {fname},

Please be aware that when one of your Tour-takers subscribes for $10 a month, the EZ Wealth Solution admin system will NOT email you to say so. Only when a package is purchased will the system let you know.

So, it may be a good idea to periodically click on your "View Your Referrals" tab and then click on the red "Active Resellers" tab and follow the instructions in this paragraph that appears on the page:

"If you see an x in the Pkg # 1 Column for one of your Active Resellers, and you did not receive an email from us indicating that this member has submitted a purchase request, then you should contact that member to tell them that you can not pay their way into Package Level # 1 until they officially submit a purchase request."

When you do contact them do not ask them a "closed question" which just requires a "yes" or "no" answer.

An example of such a closed question is:

"Do you wish to purchase package level 1 - which I will pay for you?"

If the say "yes" then that is all they will most likely do - purchase package 1 only, because your question has conditioned them to just go to package level 1.

Try to ask "open questions" - ones that do NOT require a "yes" or "no" answer - along the lines of:

"At what package level do you wish to come in?"

They may then ask:

"What are the packages and how much do they cost?"

You then answer their question, give them the reference to their back office where they can see this information (the Product Packages tab), and then ask the same or similar question:

"What packages do you wish to purchase?"

Then let them give you their answer.

However if you ask another "closed" question like:

"Do you wish to come in at levels 1 and 2?"

Well, if they then wish to proceed, they may only go to package levels 1 and 2, because that is what your question has conditioned them to do.

Please remember, everyone is different. You may have Tour-takers who are keen to come in at all 5 levels straight off the bat. Open questions allow them to feel comfortable to do so. If they still wish to come in at level 1 only then they will say so. People will do only what they want to do, so no manipulation is going on here.

Closed questions tend to create barriers. Open questions allow your Tour-takers to let you know what they are thinking.

On another matter, if any of your resellers become inactive, then ask them what problems are there that you may be able to solve. (Again - an "open" question ...)

I had one instance today where one of my resellers was not aware of his change to the inactive status. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention and now he is has lodged a support ticket to find out what is going on. The most likely reason is that the recent issues with Alertpay may have inadvertently canceled his monthly subscription. These issues have since been resolved - but the subscription cancellations may not have been reversed.

So it is wise that you periodically check that you are listed as an active reseller (ie an active subscriber to the EZ Wealth System.) Please remember that if you remain inactive and one of your tour-takers upgrades, then that tour-taker will roll up to your sponsor and you will gain no benefit at all.

This broadcast email is also going to my Tour-takers so as to increase their knowledge about the EZ Wealth Solution system and what to keep in mind should they decide to upgrade.

As you know, I post these broadcasts into my training site for all resellers and tour-takers to see. My training site is:

Question:

Can I make money straight away?

Answer:

Tour-takers often ask me if it is possible to start earning straight away - with their only outlay being the $10 a month reseller subscription fee. Well, yes they can. Here is my response that may help you understand this business better. Please ALWAYS go back to the video tour, again and again, if necessary, to gain a fuller understanding of the system.


You can start making money on just $10 a month for your reseller fee. I pay the $47 for package 1 for you. You can then promote your reseller site to get tour-takers, some of whom will upgrade. The system passes up the first person who upgrades under you to me and at that point you pay me $47 forward for that person. You are then qualified at level 1 and can then earn unlimited $47s. So, realistically, be prepared to pay $10 plus $47 to get started. You can then work your way up to package level 2 by using your $47s to pay for package level 2 at $97. The system then passes up your first two enrollments at this level to me, at which point you can then earn unlimited $97s – and so on, up the package levels.

Most people come in at both package levels 1 and 2 with an initial outlay of $97 for package 2 plus their reseller fee of $10. Then most take up an offer to accelerate their qualification at level 1 by paying forward $47 on a “ghost qualifier” that I can have the system send them. This is perfectly legitimate. So their initial outlay is $144 plus $10. In this way, when they get people who upgrade at levels 1 and 2 then they will not lose them as qualifiers for level 2 – and they thus get qualified faster. Some people come in at all five levels for $1885 for this reason. You only do what you can afford - there is no pressure here at all.

Question:

Who actually pays me?

Answer:

You get paid by the person who decides to upgrade, directly. No money passes through EZ Wealth Admin. All they get is $10 a month to track all this and all the other benefits your back-office provides.

Question:

Do I have to keep paying out $47s for new upgrades?

Answer:

Once you have paid your sponsor $47 to qualify at package level 1 you do not EVER pay $47 to anyone again. For your new sign-ups you then effectively pay forward their $47 for their package 1 to yourself - as you are now qualified - so no money actually leaves your bank account.

Question:

Is EZ Wealth just like all those other internet schemes out there?

Answer:

Please bear in mind that this is a fully-fledged e-commerce business - not some flaky internet marketing scheme that is here today and gone tomorrow. The latter are mainly money-chains that rely on more and more people paying their way into downlines, matrices, cyclers, doublers, autosurfs, ad-packs, advertising arbitrage, and hyips. EZ Wealth does not rely on any of this. There is NO downline. Real value products are exchanged for every payment made. The compensation plan uses a one-up and two-up system that really represents a reward to your sponsor for helping you get started. This is a valid, legitimate compensation model that applies online or offline.

Once you have qualified, you only need two good people to make a success of this business. As with offline businesses, it is always a challenge to find good people willing to put in the effort to understand the business and promote it. So you must always keep promoting, marketing and advertising YOUR EZ Wealth business.

I feel that I am not good at marketing so will I just rely on my sponsor, and my sponsor's sponsor, to see me through?


Answer:

If you feel that you are not a marketer then just decide to learn how to do it. Rotators are NOT your solution! They will help - but they are NOT the answer. Once you are qualified at all 5 levels you are really on your own anyway. Sure, you have me, and you have my sponsor - but don't rely on just us! One of the greatest writers of English literature, Joseph Conrad, a Pole, did not speak a word of English until he started learning it in the bowels of grimy tramp steamers at the age of 20 - in the late 1800s - pre-internet of course. He just decided to do it! Lord Jim, Heart of Darkness, (basis for Apocalypse Now) and The Duel are testament to this. Just learn how to market, that's all! Once you decide, in your own mind, to do it, you WILL find ways to be very competent. Google search will be your best friend here. Conrad did not have access to wikipedia!

Question:

I have just lost a hot prospect - what will I do now?

Answer:

If you feel discouraged when you lose a prospect - then don't give up! Do you think lions and cheetahs just lay down and give up if they miss catching their prey? Do they say - "aw shucks - I guess I just can't catch prey" - no! They learn and they keep at it till they do - otherwise they will starve.
The same point applies here. You learn, you just keep going till you make it happen.

Will I ever stop learning?

Answer:

No.


For some of you I know that this is all very elementary - bordering on being patronizing - and for that I apologize - however these points keep reappearing - time and time again.

I had an instance today where I had to clear some confusion. One of my resellers, at package level 2, was about to gain his first upgrade.

Now I offered him a Ghost qualifier a week ago so that he could speed up his qualification at level 1. He did not realize today that if he did not click on the Get Ghost Qualifier button in his Purchase Packages tab and then PAY $47 to get qualified, he would LOSE a qualifier at package 2 should his new upgrade come in at levels
1 and 2. If he remained unqualified at level 1 then his new upgrade would be passed up by the system directly to me AT LEVEL 1 and he would have missed out completely in having this person act as a qualifier at his level 2.

Fortunately my reseller realized this and immediately exercised, then paid for, the ghost qualifier that I had already sent him.

Many of you (resellers) are in this vulnerable position. Many of you are at level 2 and have not exercised and paid for your Ghost qualifier.

Please do so.

It is important to get qualified at level 1 as soon as you can, because you just don't know when you will gain your first upgrade. You can't tell them to wait until you get your house in order. When they upgrade, they upgrade, and the system does its thing - automatically.

That is why I keep stressing how important it is to come in, or upgrade, to the highest level possible. You DO NOT want to lose your new upgrades as roll-ups to your sponsor because you were not at the same package level.

Here is the recording of a recent Webcast by Jim and Sharon.

Please hang in there and listen to the whole shebang. You will glean many ideas and useful tips - and, more importantly, the correct frame of mind you should develop in order to succeed in this e-commerce business.

At 36 minutes 20 secs Jim says: "Thank you Virginia, You're absolutely right!'" He was agreeing to a text comment I had made along the lines that the total cost to upgrade to all 5 levels is less than the cost of two crowns at your local dentist - and far less painful!

He emphasizes the point that if you can manage it then come in, or upgrade, at all five levels as this is where the real money is made. I thoroughly agree with this. As you know, I had two people come in within a fortnight of each other - at all five levels, unexpectedly, straight off the bat. So as I was already qualified at all five levels I did not lose these sign-ups as roll-ups to my sponsor. They qualified me to all five levels. As a result, I am now able to earn, and keep 100%, unlimited $1885 amounts, or amounts representing whatever level the new entrant comes in at or upgrades to.

This is a BUSINESS, and most businesses, online or offline, require a little "skin" - or contribution, by the business owner. "Skin" really means commitment. EZ Wealth Solution is a valid, legitimate, e-commerce business - this philosophy applies here as it would as if you acquired any other business franchise, online or offline.

I am not talking about all those so called "business opportunities" out there. Please see my earlier post about these so-called business models. My intention is to load you up with SUBSTANCE that you can adapt and use, in your own style, in promoting your EZ Wealth business.

Personally, I prefer substance over form. The former, to me, is professional - the latter, without substance, is more akin to shallow salesmanship.

You can form your own opinion as to which side I prefer to be.

Here is another tip. Actually read and absorb what is said in the templates. This is part of your training.

On a further note, I do stress that my training site does NOT replace the excellent material already lurking in your EZ Wealth back-office. Get to know your back-office like the back of your hand. Click on all the yellow tabs and see what's there.
Click on all the red sub tabs under the yellow tabs. Oh, if you cannot access all of your back-office then it is because you have not subscribed to be a reseller for 10 bucks a month. If you are unable or unwilling to subscribe 10 bucks a month then this business (or any other business, online or offline for that matter) is NOT for you at this stage. If you are unwilling to WORK your business, then .... same thing, right? You are a EZ Wealth business owner, not an employee. So you do what you have to do to make it happen. Results, not time spent, is what's important here.

Now it is important to see the videos - i.e., the Tour and the 2UP movie, again and again, if necessary, till you KNOW how this legitimate business works. I have seen some members of my team view these videos up to six times!

Remember, the Dominant Buying Motive (DBM) of people who come into this business is to make money - NOT to buy the 700 products. They will RECEIVE the 700 products. Each product's value is much higher than what is paid. This is what makes this business legitimate. Please do not get hung up on feeling that you have to sell 700 products. You are promoting so that people will take the Tour - and let the Tour do the selling and to appeal to each person's DBM. (And this DBM is usually, for most people, to make money. There is nothing untoward or wrong about this.)

Here is an analogy. What do you believe is the DBM of people who buy a new Mercedes? The engineering? perhaps .... but I would bet your bottom dollar that for most new Mercedes buyers their DBM is PRESTIGE. We are talking about a vehicle that takes you from point A to point B, right? Any workable vehicle will do that. So why a Mercedes? Well, it's mainly because of the need for most buyers to show-off in their own subtle way.

So, with EZ Wealth - the products need to do what they say will do - correct?
But do people join because of the products? What is their DBM? It is the ability to make money through the legitimate and fast compensation plan.

So, that is why you have to do your homework and study your back-office and see those videos until you can see what I am trying to say here.

If you do this then you will get far more SUBSTANCE out of my training site.

Copy and paste away - then ADAPT my material to you and your style.

You know, I’ve been in the online business world for over 9 years now and I’ve seen many programs that simply do not work that well, if AT ALL. I got tired of all the same old “lead ins” that promised you the world and left you hanging. Not all MLM programs are the same but many more than few are doing more damage than good. Do you have several MLM companies trying to produce several income streams?

MLM verses GPT or Get Paid Today

There is one legitimate MLM out there that pays one dollar a head each month. The problem is that even if you've personally sponsored over 100 people single-handedly, the duplication process does not work out very well even if you told all of your members exactly what you were doing. You can spend hours with some of them (1 on 1) only to have many of them quit one month later.

Right now, the economy is much too bad to get into a new MLM program promoting wellness products. From my own prospecting efforts, I've noticed that people want money NOW. Most of them are not willing to join a company and then pay an autoship for months/years before making a real profit. PLUS, there are far too many programs out there promising "get in now", "this is your BIG chance", etc. I'm sure you've heard it many times before just as I have. But the question is... "Where are they NOW?"


CYCLERS:

I do not do cyclers. Mathematically, they just can't work over a long period of time. I've tried several out in the past, each promising to be UNIQUE, but new technology just cannot change the "mathematics". In my opinion, real money is made when real products are sold. Sure, a cycler ALWAYS pays out fast in the beginning. But as more and more people join, it will gradually slow down to cycling once per week, once per month and then once per 6 months to 1 year. I've seen it happen with EVERY cycler on the net. So enjoy it while you can, but the people who come in later will lose their shirts. So knowing what I know, it's just not something that I would be comfortable marketing to my friends and associates here on the net.

NO SPONSORING REQUIRED:

I know that any program who promises "no sponsoring required" will not work for the long haul. Mathematically, it's just NOT possible. It's hypocritical. You will be told that you do not have to sponsor but you will be given affiliate links! Now people who can sponsor can create large downlines and can do this virtually single-handedly.

But what happens when those passive members are not doing anything? They begin to drop out, leaving you with an organization decreasing by the minute. Being that your program is a "cycler", what do you think will happen when thousands of people are coming in and that cycler slows down? What will happen when it starts taking months/years to cycle just ONE TIME rather than days/weeks? The program is designed to fail, I'm sorry to say. And sadly, most people will leave that program jumping on board the next one promising "New concept - No sponsoring required". That, my friend, is a vicious "cycle" all by itself.


NOW:

I've learned that real money is made when real products are sold. Passive members in ANY program will never earn enough to retire on as they were probably promised. Passive income seekers make VERY little here on the net (if anything at all). They believe that the net is so different from the real world. In many ways that is true. But when it comes to making money without doing anything, the internet is no different from the real world. If you seek a job where you don't have to do anything then either you will be fired faster than you got hired or you won't find one at all.

If you want to protect your reputation here on the net, I strongly advise that you have no (further) "No Sponsoring" opportunities on your resume. Otherwise you will feel the effects of "Lack of Trust" from people who have seen and remember your name.

Big money comes from working smarter (not harder) and selling legitimate products or services, PERIOD. Keep in mind that new technology CANNOT change simple mathematics. EZ Wealth Solution sells legitimate, real value, downloadable eBooks and Software. It uses a GPT compensation model.
The mathematics will work for you, provided you do.

So work on your product belief. Work this business. See both videos again, --- and again, if necessary - until you "get it".

You have plenty to work with - just with resources provided by EZ Wealth.
In addition, I have my own extra resources site which I release to those in my team that have upgraded. This site includes suggested templates that you can use for tour-takers (at various stages) and welcome how-to-pay emails for upgrades. I also have access to two other sponsor extra resources sites that I release if you upgrade to level 2 and above. You have access to these other sites as a visitor and you can glean ideas provided you respect the copyright of these sites.

I am also setting up a free rotator for those who upgrade to all 5 levels. This will be promoted to over 30 proven traffic generators. Once you are qualified at all 5 levels then I will release details of how you can set up your own rotator and the sites I post to. In this way you will not be left on your own to hang out and dry, once you are qualified. I have found that this can be a major concern of those considering this business. As you will know how to set up your own rotator and where to post, this concern is covered - and you will save on high cash fees charged by other sponsors for their "paid" rotators.

Rotators DO NOT replace your own efforts. The two people who came in at all levels within 5 weeks and qualified me at all levels (fortunately I was already at package level 5) DID NOT come to me through my sponsor's rotator. They came from my own marketing efforts. So, the rotator will ADD TO your own efforts, and NOT be a substitute.

If you have not yet upgraded to be a reseller then do so now. Upgrade to package level 2 at least and you will gain access to the same sign-up bonus of 100 products you would have received had you done so within 24 hours of registering for your tour. This is just an interesting observation:

Total commissions paid as shown on the front page
of your EZ Wealth Solution business site was $623,500
for the 15 months (455 days) to March 1, 2009.

This figure grew to $654,000 on March 11 and is
now $665,000 (March 13).

Therefore daily commissions for the first 15 months averaged $1,370.

Daily commissions for the past two days averaged
$5,500! (And $2,772 for the first 11 days in March.)

So it's happening. More and more serious
income-seekers are coming on deck, sooner and sooner.

This should give you comfort that the EZ Wealth
Solution business, and its compensation model, are
being accepted by more and more people as a
legitimate and lucrative way to conduct business.

Remember, real product is exchanged for every
dollar spent - and you keep 100% - after you qualify
at each package level.

This should help with your product belief - an

I am presently setting up my own rotator for members of my team.

The rotator url will be promoted heavily on proven traffic generators which target work at home business seekers.

The rotator will NOT be weighted in favor of me or anyone else.

I am offering free rotator positions to those resellers who have not been passed up to my sponsor as my qualifiers (they have the benefit of my sponsor's rotator) and who upgrade (purchase) to all 5 levels.

The size of the rotator will be limited to no more than 15 people. A new rotator, with a new advertising budget, will be set up if this number is exceeded and the numbers in each will be equalized so that everyone still gets equal exposure.
You may use your TRAX tracking url so that you can monitor the number of hits achieved.

You will remain in the rotator for 3 months or until you become qualified - whichever occurs first.
This implies that you are NOT solely relying on the rotator to get your qualifiers. You MUST also promote separately to this.
By way of history, I was in my sponsor's rotator when I qualified within 5 weeks and the two people who qualified me at levels 3, 4 and 5 came from my own advertising efforts, not the rotator's. So, rotators are useful but they do NOT replace your own efforts. Besides, once you are qualified, you can only rely on your own efforts, entirely.

Options for establishing a second paid rotator for resellers who have not upgraded will be explored if there is sufficient demand. Further options for a paid rotator for those who have qualified will also be looked at if there is demand - however, see my note below.

If you are interested in being in my rotator then please let me know. You have my contact details as your sponsor on your EZ Wealth Solution site. Once you are paid up to all 5 levels you will be placed in the rotator. Please follow me up to ensure that this is done. Once you are in, I will give you the rotator url and you can check that your site is included and that equal weighting is given.

NOW THIS IS IMPORTANT:

Once you become qualified, and if you request it, I will give you everything you need to know so that you can set up your own rotator for your own team. I will tell you the rotator I use, and the places I post the rotator url to. This means that you have the means to replicate what I am doing. You can then train your own team-members - and thus gain comfort that you will be able to replicate what I am doing.

This means that you will not be left to hang out to dry once you are qualified.

You will have noticed in this training blog that everything is transparent - no favoritism is given. For example, my own sign-up urls are not disclosed. This ensures that if you refer your team-members to this training site they will remain loyal to you as their sponsor. This also implies that you are in contact with them and that you are looking after them.

Now, to help you get started, I use business social networks and establish dialogue with likely prospects via the browse (plus friend request function). Just google “business social networks” in google and join free ones and blog and post away – each network is different with different rules – the main thing is to relate to each person’s profile – show that you have actually read it – say so – relate to that person then this may, or may not at the time, lead in to you offering the tour. An example of a good network is gibLink.com – look me up – username is ezyhelper – and go through my profile and giblink book comments. Other good social networks (business) are yuwie, zenzuu and direct matches – each have their foibles. Ning sites are good for posting blogs – just google “Get Paid Today” in google and you will see my blog in the organic rankings. (“About a Get Paid Today (GPT) Business Model ...”) This blog is located at:

Please ask your team to write their own blogs - not just copy yours - as Google has strict duplicate content rules.]

You can use this blog with your own words so that we both don’t suffer from google’s duplicate content rules. I also have a ppc adwords ad about 2nd down under “EZ Wealth Solution” - simply using free blogger as my landing page. I believe the cost is justified here.

Please also study the video called "2 UP Flash Movie" in your "How It Works" page. This will give you a real appreciation of where the real money is, should you decide to upgrade to levels 2, 3, 4 and 5. Within a week of joining I purchased all 5 package levels and thank heavens I did - within the last fortnight I have had two people come in at all 5 levels straight off the bat - and unless I was at these levels I would have lost them as a "roll-up" to my sponsor. So, after 5 weeks of being in this business I was not only at all 5 package levels - I was also qualified at all 5 levels. Now, after several weeks in this business I am currently earning hundreds of dollars a week - and I am well on my way, with the rapid growth of my business, to earning thousands of dollars a week - and this is only the beginning. YOU can do this also! I am mentioning all this not to boast but to give you an indication as to what to expect in this business. You may accelerate faster than me - it does not matter - comparisons are dangerous - what DOES matter is that you work this business as a business, which it is.
