Please be aware that when one of your Tour-takers subscribes for $10 a month, the EZ Wealth Solution admin system will NOT email you to say so. Only when a package is purchased will the system let you know.
So, it may be a good idea to periodically click on your "View Your Referrals" tab and then click on the red "Active Resellers" tab and follow the instructions in this paragraph that appears on the page:
"If you see an x in the Pkg # 1 Column for one of your Active Resellers, and you did not receive an email from us indicating that this member has submitted a purchase request, then you should contact that member to tell them that you can not pay their way into Package Level # 1 until they officially submit a purchase request."
When you do contact them do not ask them a "closed question" which just requires a "yes" or "no" answer.
An example of such a closed question is:
"Do you wish to purchase package level 1 - which I will pay for you?"
If the say "yes" then that is all they will most likely do - purchase package 1 only, because your question has conditioned them to just go to package level 1.
Try to ask "open questions" - ones that do NOT require a "yes" or "no" answer - along the lines of:
"At what package level do you wish to come in?"
They may then ask:
"What are the packages and how much do they cost?"
You then answer their question, give them the reference to their back office where they can see this information (the Product Packages tab), and then ask the same or similar question:
"What packages do you wish to purchase?"
Then let them give you their answer.
However if you ask another "closed" question like:
"Do you wish to come in at levels 1 and 2?"
Well, if they then wish to proceed, they may only go to package levels 1 and 2, because that is what your question has conditioned them to do.
Please remember, everyone is different. You may have Tour-takers who are keen to come in at all 5 levels straight off the bat. Open questions allow them to feel comfortable to do so. If they still wish to come in at level 1 only then they will say so. People will do only what they want to do, so no manipulation is going on here.
Closed questions tend to create barriers. Open questions allow your Tour-takers to let you know what they are thinking.
On another matter, if any of your resellers become inactive, then ask them what problems are there that you may be able to solve. (Again - an "open" question ...)
I had one instance today where one of my resellers was not aware of his change to the inactive status. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention and now he is has lodged a support ticket to find out what is going on. The most likely reason is that the recent issues with Alertpay may have inadvertently canceled his monthly subscription. These issues have since been resolved - but the subscription cancellations may not have been reversed.
So it is wise that you periodically check that you are listed as an active reseller (ie an active subscriber to the EZ Wealth System.) Please remember that if you remain inactive and one of your tour-takers upgrades, then that tour-taker will roll up to your sponsor and you will gain no benefit at all.
This broadcast email is also going to my Tour-takers so as to increase their knowledge about the EZ Wealth Solution system and what to keep in mind should they decide to upgrade.

So, if you are a reseller, please keep in daily contact with your tour-takers. There is now plenty of material on my training site for you to adapt and use. Much of this material comes from my own personal experiences, and those of my husband, in running a very successful offline service business, using USA products, in a hard-bitten steel and coal city, in Australia, for over 20 years. So we both have had plenty of US style training, and hard experience, to earn the right to share this material. We find that the principles espoused apply online, as much as they do, offline.
The bottom line is that people are people, whether you are dealing with them online or offline.
