One of my Reseller's asked me this question yesterday and so I am reproducing his question and my suggested answer here. This may assist in your further understanding of this business.
Question:
I have one referral that has got one referral, but my referral has not bought a Package yet! Isn't it true that if his referral buys a package before he does, that would pass up to me?
Answer:
Now, with your tour-taker’s (let’s call him Bill) tour-taker (let’s call him Fred):-
As I see it, and I could be wrong – Bill cannot get Fred as a tour-taker unless he (Bill) has paid $10 and subscribed as a reseller.
If Bill is a reseller and has NOT ordered package 1 (which you pay for him anyway) and he has Fred order package 1, 2 and 3 – then YOU get Fred AND you pay for Fred’s package 1 (to yourself of course) and you get paid by Fred for packages 2 and 3 and Bill loses out on having a qualifier for packages 1 and 2 and 3 – so he loses all round.
Now if Bill has package 1 (which you have paid for him) and Fred comes in at package levels 1, 2 and 3, - then Bill pays you $47 forward for Fred’s package 1 and the system passes Fred up to you and you get paid for package 2 and 3 directly from Fred and Bill loses the qualifier effect (50%, as two are needed for levels 2 up) of Fred because he (Bill) is not at package level 2 or higher himself.
Now if Bill exercised his ghost at level 1 and paid you $47 – he became qualified at level 1 and thus HE can obtain $47 from Fred – his first real body enrollment – if Fred also exercises the ghost that Bill offers him. If Fred does not exercise the ghost then Bill will be paid $47 by Fred eventually anyway when Fred gets his first live body. However, if Bill is not at level 2 and above and Fred comes in at 1, 2 and 3 then Bill will still lose the qualifier effect at levels 2 and 3 because he has only purchased level 1. Bill cannot ask Fred to wait so that he can acquire packages 2 and 3. Once that package order button is hit, that’s it! Sudden death! The system takes over.
Now if Bill is at level 1 and 2 and exercised his ghost at level 1 and Fred comes in at levels 1 2 and 3 then Bill will either now or later get $47 from Fred, AND he becomes half qualified at level 2 because he, himself, is at level 2, and misses the qualifier effect at level 3. Fred, of course, is passed up to you at levels 2 and 3.
