As you know my style differs from that of my sponsor, Jim Carpenter. However, sometimes, he expresses ideas that I completely agree with, in spite of the "salesmanship" of his writing style.
So, rather than put my spin on it I am reproducing Jim's recent email verbatim below.
However, let me say a few things first (OK, I admit - it's my spin on this subject too ...)
I have had level 5 upgrades just fall into my lap, at the most unexpected times. I have had my team-members have level 4 upgrades roll up to me because they were not at that level. I have had level 5 pass-ups from my level 5s which have helped them qualify - fully.
You just CANNOT assume that you will NOT get level 5 upgrades just because you are at level 1 or 2. You just cannot assume that everyone will initially come in at levels 1 and 2. Some people DO come straight in at level 5. There is nothing reckless, wrong or untoward about this. You can't assume that EVERYONE will come in at lower levels and lever their way up. You have to be prepared for this.
You CANNOT ask your level 5 upgrade to backtrack and wait until you upgrade. The system will not let you. Once they hit the Purchase Package button - that's it! They have lodged their order.
I make no apology for the $1885 needed to fully upgrade to level 5 (with being qualified at level 1 - and there is a way to do this within 24 hours - just email me ...). This amount is peanuts when compared to many other top-tier 1up/2up systems out there - usually with flimsy product. (Also, there is nothing new about the 1up/2up compensation model. Earlier versions have existed for centuries - where essentially the mentor is paid fully or partly out of commissions on the first sales made by the new entrant.)
Personally, I don't hold to the view that it is best to "work your way up". Sure, it is a valid option, but it is NOT the best option. When you put in more "skin" upfront you tend to work harder and more effectively.
I have top performing team-members who have upgraded to level 5 - they have shown enormous faith in their own abilities, they work hard and they are making it happen.
This is analogous to the offline personal development training business my husband and I successfully conducted for over 20 years.
Each course was priced at the dollar equivalent of $2000 (to $2500) and we competed against the local community and university campus run Adult Education $100 courses. We had both private individual and corporate clients. Our fee structure was the same for both.
We succeeded - and we succeeded in a hard-bitten steel and coal city here in Australia with USA style training (and this City is not in love with the USA by any means ...) - in the 80s and 90s - and there were tough times then ... remember those high interest rates!
Why did we succeed? It was because when crunch-time comes ANYONE will find $2000 if the need is strong enough.
When people make an investment in themselves they WORK at it. They don't jump ship and give up.
They persevere because they have put up a stake in their own personal development - which, by definition, stretches them out of their comfort zones.
They don't latch onto the nearest convenient excuse.
It's easier for the the $100 course people to give up the moment they are stretched. Out comes the white surrender flag. Others cop the blame. All they do is bounce ... bounce ... bounce ... Does this sound familiar?

This happens several times a week and I just hate to
see it happen, especially because it doesn't have to
happen.
2 things that I just hate to see, but it happens just
about every day now.
First, Resellers are losing "qualifiers". What I mean
by this is that if you come in at any other Levels
then ALL 5 Levels, if someone joins you at ANY
of the Levels that you are not in at, you lose them
as "qualifiers" at that Level. And, when you finally
do UPGRADE to the Levels that you are not in at,
then you will still need to get 2 "qualifiers".
Second, Resellers are losing "roll-ups". This means
that if you come in at, as an example, Levels 1 2
and get qualified at those Levels, you will be able
to earn UNLIMITED $47 $97 payments...BUT,
if anyone you bring in comes in at say ALL 5 Levels,
then the person as well as the commissions "roll-up"
to the next person qualified at those Levels. And,
remember, if at a later time, you decide to UPGRADE
to the higher Levels, you will still need to get your
2 "qualifiers" at each Level.
PEOPLE ARE LOSING MONEY EVERY DAY!!
So, here's my recommendation. If you haven't
become a Reseller yet, do it today. And, come
in at the HIGHEST Level possible. If you can
come in at ALL 5 Levels, that's the best, then
you don't lose any qualifiers or commissions.
But, if you can't afford to do that, come in at
the highest Levels possible and work your
way up. The important thing is to GET STARTED
today!

Jim and I are completely in agreement with what he is saying here.
At level 5 you are also placed in my Rotator for 6 months or until you qualify - whichever occurs earlier. See entries 49 and 105.
You can offer my Rotator to YOUR potential level 5 upgrades as, by definition, the system passes them up to me as your qualifiers anyway.
However, please do NOT rely on my Rotator to do all the work for you. It is an added tool for gaining Tour-takers - ANY of whom may come in at level 5 themselves ... at ANY time ...
Please, oh please, do not regard this email as any form of pressure on you personally.
This is an OPTION for you.
