I came across this equation in a minority-based business social network site:
Your Human Capital (what you know) (times) Your Social Capital (who you know) (times )Your Reputation (who trusts you) = Your Level Of Success.
This applies not only to our business social networking but also to anything we do - online or offline.
Building trust is the hardest - and takes more time. That is why our EZ Wealth Solution business does not crackle into life overnight.
There has to be trust - trust in us and trust in the company.
Taking the Tour is only just the beginning. Trust is the key.
Look - if it is too easy then it is too easy - right?
Every business has obstacles. If the business is sound - as ours is - then it is a matter of overcoming them - with patience and persistence.
It's great to see that amongst my Reseller team, results are happening - sometimes later than initially hoped for - but happening nevertheless.
True business building based on trust is happening. This will endure. This takes time. Expect this. Expect this in ANY business - online or offline. There is no race here.
I know this. I learned this in my successful offline career. And I know that I have yet to know much, much more. That is why I don't call myself an "expert" or "coach". "Professional" is more appropriate. As you become more active in my team you will appreciate this subtle difference in emphasis even more.
We all learn and we keep learning. That is why my training site is NOT static - it keeps evolving with new ideas together with enduring business truths we need to be reminded of.
Trust is the key.
